Frank Naumann advises on matters of information technology, licensing, contract and corporate law. His practice ranges from negotiating and executing long-term supply and development agreements across Europe; to the protection, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property; to accompanying trademark portfolios and representing his clients in trademark and anti-trust disputes; and beyond to tending to corporate and commercial issues, for example with regard to shareholder disputes as well as mergers or aquisitions of small and medium-sized businesses;
Mr. Naumann studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany. In 1998, he joined the law firm de faria & partner in Wiesbaden, made partner in 2003, and left in mid-2010 to start his own firm.and founded Kanzlei | Naumann in Wiesbaden. Mr. Naumann holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law and is a certified expert for IT-law (Fachanwalt für Informationstechnologierecht).
Mr. Naumann is also the vice-president of the “Einigungsstelle in Wettbewerbssachen”, an arbitration committee for competition law disputes of Wiesbaden’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
In his free time Mr. Naumann is interested in computer science, motor sports and art.
